Most folks are probably going to dislike this even more than they other bands I do :lol: But if anyone fancies a listen, first couple tracks from my new effort Ishkerioth.

I think lots of fixed wheel riding bicycle punks would dig it. This just reminded me of Severed Head Of State... im off to listen to them.

I can honestly not hear the similarities between this and converge/trap them.

I love converge!

But this is more like extreme noise terror, doom and distrupt.

I said it reminds ME of those bands, that is good enough for me.  If you disagree, thats ok too.

I do hope we're not about to get into one of these silly discussions of what defines specific sub-genres  :roll:

Thanks HTH, though it's certainly folks like Doom I'm thinking of when writing this stuff, I'll happily take comparisons to the likes of Converge and Trap Them!

Sounds pretty good.
Wasnt sure if there were any d-beat fans on here, I used to be in a band along the lines of HHIG and artimus pile, was good fun but our drummer left the country and we were too slack to get another one.

My intention was not to start a sub genre discussion. I only meant to show people some similar music, if they happened to like his.

Greetings gents! This is my first post, and what better way to kick it off than by saying I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE Converge and Trap Them. Sadly, I can't hear your band at the moment because I don't headphones. Sorry for the semi-thread jack, or you're welcome for the bump  :lol:
