Title: Modding an Artec Fuzztown

Hey,
I recently got myself a fuzz pedal, an Artec Fuzztown. My question is probably only for techsavy people who have this pedal do, which I fear are not many.
I really like this pedal, but it is quite trebly.
I read in a review http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/reviews/guitar_effects/artec/fzt-1_classic_fuzztown/index.html (http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/reviews/guitar_effects/artec/fzt-1_classic_fuzztown/index.html) that switching a capacitor can get me more bass.
Now my question to the tech experts among you is: Can you tell my how to acces the front of the circuit board (when I screw off the backplate I only see the back of the cb, where I can do nothing) and the value for capacitor I need to make the pedal a tad more bassy?

If you're not familiar with modding pedals, its gonna be easier to put a graphic eq pedal after the fuzz (and you'll likely get better results too). 

That way you can cut/boost whatever frequencies you desire - the 6-band MXR ones are my fave, very musical and fat sounding where I find other ones I've tried to thin your tone.
