Title: VHII vs. EVH Frankenstien Pickup

Anyone with experience with both; How do these two pickups compare/contrast?

I could be wrong but I think the EVH is hand wound with an Alnico II and runs at approx 14k DC.

I'd like to know if anyone has compared the two to see how they differ in sound; or if anyone cares to speculate :)

Yep, had both.

VHII is brighter with a bit less output and sounds more single-coil-y.
