Hey guys thanks for all the advice.
After much deliberation I am definately going for the Holy Diver in the Bridge of my PRS Custom 22 Rosewood neck.
In regard to the neck, I would like to use it for soloing work as well as the bridge therefore dont want it too dull.
Is the HD neck any good? Any thoughts in regard to a different neck pickup..one that will match the Holy Diver bridge just with less treble..ie: be able to carve its own high gain solos?
The resistence of the HD neck pickup seems a bit low...

I wouldn't read too much into the resistance of the Holydiver. It's perfectly matched to the bridge model. The Holydiver neck is supposed to be excellent, though I haven't tried that one myself. The Cold SWeat is a popular choice for neck pickups and is excellent for soloing.

Listen to the clips on the site - I think you will agree that the Holy Diver neck is a fluid and clear sounding pickup that matches the bridge unit very well.
If you're really keen to mix and match, the Cold Sweat is a classic choice. I personally favour the VHII neck, which has a uniquely defined yet fluid character that sounds amazing in almost any context.

HD neck just rules...! don't be fooled by the low dc resistance, it has more output than a sd 59, sounds fatter and clearer, and is good for both modern and classic sounds.

A VHII neck with a Holy Diver bridge? ::interesting::

The Nailbomb neck is often overlooked, it has a great overdriven as well as clean sound and would match up well with the HD bridge!
