Hey guys.
I finally got my bands album finished and mixed, so thought I'd share some songs.
www.myspace.com/forthisdaymusic has 4 songs taken from our album, all of which have BK equipped guitars on them :)
For the whole album, the singer/guitarist used my Crawler/IT/IT loaded Strat into my Orange AD30 head and MESA 4x12, while I used the same guitar for 3 of the songs, but into a cranked 50w Marshall Plexi and the MESA 4x12.
I did use my Gibson LP (not got BKs in it YET) on 2 of the tracks, and also used my JCM800 on 'The Beginning'.
Just thought I'd share :)

Catchy tunes, Craig! :) It's a very raw mix. Hardly any studio production at all, it seems.
Hmm. Lots of open chords there. But then, if your singer is playing the guitar, that's often what happens. ;)
I'll be back to listen again later.

I try to not overly produce anything that i do, so I'll take that as a compliment :)
When the singer plays guitar, he capo's at different frets so that he can stick to playing open chords. So you are correct in your assumption :)

Thanx for your post :)
I do primarilly consider myself a 'Rock' guitarist, I just ease back on the Overdrive pedal for some of the songs in this band 8) :D
