Went and saw Night Ranger tonight and they didn't disappoint in any way (other than I WOULD HAPPILY HAVE HAD THEM PLAY THEIR ENTIRE BACK CATALOGUE)
It was a seriously good gig - fantastic playing, great sound and great atmosphere.
Shame we've had to wait 24 years for them to come back and play here. (last time was supporting Foreigner in 86 or 87)

Night Ranger is one of those bands that completely passed me by in the 80's. I remembe seeing endorsments by them in Guitarist, but never really checked them out.
Glad it was a good gig.

I've never heard of them, perhaps I should check them out. Sounds like you had a top night!

Try these to get an idea of their early promise

Clocvked up another great gig tonight - Cinderella
Took about 2-3 songs to reaslly find their groove but after that it was fabulous all the way
I've waited nearly 20 years to see them again and it was a good performance.
I know they played at Download more recently but I think they are better in a small hall (like tonight at Shepherd's Bush)
