Title: Holy diver 7 + 5150II trying some more satch
Post by: kmanick on July 26, 2011, 03:45:38 AM
trying to get a good shred tone out of this amp, it's a thick sounding mofo for sure
Used my trusty BRj 7 string again with the Holydiver in the bridge.

thanks guys :)
a little sloppier than I'd like (not used to playing this one on a 7).
I'm really liking the 5150 II (much to my surprise)

thanks for the feedback guys!
Settings
gain 5
low 6
mids 4
treble 4
low res 6
presence 4
post gain 3
boosted with a custom pedal somone mde for me (really works well in front of the 5150)
and I had an MXR 10 band in the loop set like this

subtle but really helps smooth out the amp so it sounds more "marshally"
