Title: BKP's and EMG'S - which guitar to put them in?

Hey guys just wanted some advice - i currently have a PRS SE with a ceramic nailbomb set and also have a Schecter Omen Extreme which needs a pickup change. I am also hoping to get a PRS SE tremonti in the near future. What i have decided to have is 2 guitars equipped with BKP's and one with EMG's. Now the question is: Would you recommend putting BKP's into the new PRS SE Tremonti or the Schecter? (they are both mahogany) Im thinking of an Aftermath set.

I would vote for the Tremonti simply on the basis that I prefer its neck over the Schecter's.
