My wife has graciously offered to buy me the Edwards LP92CD-JS. Or, as it is known around the 'net, the John Sykes model.
Anyone have any experience with this guitar? Edwards is generally held in high esteem it seems.
Will it be the red headed stepchild compared to my Gibson Les Pauls, or will it make me consider selling them?
Guitar comes with Duncan Distortions, but it really is begging for a set of Cold Sweats...

if you're willing to switch the pickups off the bat, mij tokais would be worth considering too.

It'll be exactly the same as the one Dmoney just bought, I believe, only with the chrome trimmings instead of gold.

Haven't tried many of the LP models, but Edwards in general are great guitars for the price.
It won't quite have the same "vibe" as your Gibson LPs, but it will probably be lighter, and it may have a slightly skinnier neck (depending on what LPs you own).
Will it make you want to sell them? Probably not. But it may very well sound just as good.
