Dimarzio's Humbucker From Hell, if I'm not mistaken.

Or a humbucker sized p90

also im sure that tim could also fit one of the existing singles into a humbucker casing if you ask nicely

D'you want one which sounds exactly like a single-coil, or a humbucker with some single-coil-like characteristics?

I believe a humbucker with the two coils wound quite differently from each other gives a more "open", dynamic, and therefore somewhat single-coil-like quality.  VHII for example.  Or a DiMarzio Fred, as compared with a PAF Pro.

A humbucker with singlecoil-qualities is as Philly says, the VHII. It's a great rocker, open, articulate and dynamic. Can scream, but when you roll back the vol.knob is has a sort of singlecoil-presence to the sound. I like that very much. If you want a P90-vibe in hb-format, BKP produces three versions.
