I'm still loving the Warpig in my GS1 :D
But I was wondering, for a beefier guitar (say, a Les Paul), which BKP would give the meat of a Warpig but with a touch more clarity for lower gain use????
-
The Miracle Man suites LP's very well, its got a similar output but a tighter more focused tone.
-
Thanks Steve - does it still have the full bass and mids like the 'Pig? Or is it more treble focussed?
-
The bass is still there but tighter and more defined. It's a silly grin pickup!!
The mids are also tighter, but focused in the low mids a bit more, it gives a very fat lead tone. Highs I'd say are sweeter on the Warpig.

Hmmm.....
Has anyone tried Warpigs in a Les Paul? What's the verdict?
-
Beasty, a mate of mine has them.
Go to www.purevolume.com/midnightstalker and listen to 'The H*rny Song', that's his Warpigs in a Les Paul thru an Ashdown...
pure shex.

Nice and Porky :D

Just got more Pigs for your LP, Midnight Stalker have awesome tone :D
Miracle Man (men?) might sound good though. Then again I have Mules in my LP which are very clear and can do anything from clean to high gain metal.
