Interesting looking hardware, but not so sure about the guitar as a whole.
Saying that I own a Platinum Les Paul which is a bit Steam Punk or would be more so if I got around to modding it a bit. I've added a set of miracle mans to it and keep meaning to 'punk' it... :D

Always thought this was the weirdest way to make a buck. Take a $300 JS32 Rhoads, dress it up and sell it for over 2 grand..... :lol:

And about the OP, the AXLs play badly. Tried a crackly looking RG sort of thing months ago. Nothing jumps out as quality.

I thought about trying to make some cash by essential building like amps and mounting them in old furniture. cashing in on steampunk.

It's the AXL Badwater 1216, if anyone was curious. They run $225, new, and are actually quite good.
