Title: Broke a Mullard :(
Post by: Oli on November 26, 2011, 02:02:55 PM
Serves me right for leaving all my tubes on the floor really (right by the door), but I haven't got enough space to have a workbench in this flat, so i've been doing amp bits on the floor.... and trod on a 12AX7 today, and it was one of the mullards :(

What are other people using to store spare valves? I was using a little box, but i've got too many now, and they were all rattling around a bit anyway. Thinking maybe just a strip of polystyrene with them all pushed in, but perhaps i'm missing something a little more elegant?
