Anyone played through one of these reissues? Would like to hear your feedback. Thanx :)

The standard reissues aren't supposed to be as good as the originals. The hand-wired reissues are supposed to be more faithful (to the originals which did play well). I haven't played one myself, so I could be wrong. From what I gather from those that have they are expensive for what they are (in the US so I suppose you can assume the same in Canada I would have thought).

I'd look at it as a good basis for mods. You could get a good output transformer fitted, maybe a point to point circuit board and you'll have one hell of an amp.

I'm just checking out the new ones, which are a little pricey.
