oooh yes. Line 6 Pod Pro into a Peavey Classic 120 and using the speaker of my Jet City Combo.
I love the tone of this rig. It doesn't sound heavily processed and raspy in fact it's the opposite. The great thing is that the Pod Pro only cost £110 and the Power amp only cost £150. I'm very very happy.

That's a cracking little setup for not much cash - nice work!
-
Congrats, nice 'little' rig.

Thanks guys. I plan on adding more as time goes on
Rack Case
Floorboard
Power Conditioner
Decent 2 x 12 cab
But I'll be doing that over the next year. One bit at a time and I don't feel guilty (wedding next year, explains all)

Those Peavey amps weigh a tonne.
-
They do. On it's own it weighs more than the combo

In that case I fear for those DVDs propping it up....
Nice rig!

Thats what I like to see- a bargain rig- nice one.
-
cool, would like to see some clips of how this sounds..exclusively using pod pro preamp presets? how are you switching channels- midi pedal board?
-
Cool setup for a nice price :)
I've thought about getting a compact rack system myself, but then asked myself "is it really worth it for the one sound you use?" ;)
-
At the moment I'm not using a footswitch to change channels. Since at the moment I'm not gigging that's not a problem but I plan on getting an FBV4 soon to do that. I'll try and get some thing recorded though it may not sound so great.

I've been toying with the idea of a cheap rack for ages. I've got the stuff lying around, I just lack the motivation to join the dots.

The rig looks really cool! I have an x3 pro and may just have to look at getting a good poweramp to go with it.

I have a 6u rack case going spare if anyone's after buying 1!
