Title: Cold Sweats in a Basswood superstrat?
Post by: Bob Gnarly on December 28, 2011, 12:03:13 AM
Got a pair of Cold Sweats in an Ibanez Iceman which I just don't play any more.
I have an Ibanez PGM 301 which I don't play that much as I prefer the sound of my PGM500
The Cold Sweats where recommended to me to match the mahogany bodied Iceman.
Would they sound good in the Basswood bodied PGM301? or is it a bad match?

I have used the cold sweat bridge in my basswood RGD which is a similar construction but with an extended scale.

They sounded great but lacked the low end punch i love from the miracle man
