Has anyone got any experience of these pups ? What do you think of them ?

Longtime ago I had one in a guitar. Tight and focused on the midrange. Ok, but to my ears nothing special. Hasn't got the depth and articulation of BKP's.

The Wilde by Bill Lawrence L-500XL is very loud and very bright for a pickup of this high output. The Miracle Man sounds quite close to it but is less loud and more articulate - I had them in the same guitar. This guitar has now a Cold Sweat in the bridge, and that one is not coming out anytime soon.
I cannot comment on the Bill Lawrence USA equivalent - never played one.

they are their own animal. I like the Wilde ones a lot. The BLUSA ones, not so much. They are capable of being quite bright, but I like them, particularly for guitars with oddball string spacing. I have used the l500c on an octave mandolin with decent results.

I have also used the L-500C in the neck position of a problematic Les Paul. Just keep one thing in mind: while this pickup can solve a muddy bass problem, the guitar will no longer sound like a Les Paul, and that it was not the designer's intention to make it sound like a Les Paul.
