Title: Just put some new pickups in my charvel

Ok the pups aint BKP's but they sound awesome!
I remembered chatting on here about series/parallel wiring and Gwem I mentioned he liked wiring the neck for parallel and the bridge in series.
I put series parallel switch on both anyway. I dig it. It's providing me a LOT of fun currently!

yeah man! haha. its cool switching to the neck and having that tone, plus the decrease in gain means rolling off the guitar volume works a bit better for cleaning up. I can coax a lot of sounds out of the guitar now. using the bridge the parallel makes some pretty cool sounds that remind me of old punk records. Less bass, and a bit less hi fi in a way. It's cool to be able to get those sounds without boost pedals and eq's and so on.

I too have just installed this same set of pickups in my guitar again...
