I keep hearing that the nailbomb neck is very bright and aggressive for a neck pickup, which makes it sound like it might work
well in the bridge position. Have any of you guys tried this? If so how does it compare to other contemporary bk bridge pups?

Before I sold all my BKPs I tried mixing them in different spots (NB neck included) and I found that they worked best were they were intended to be fitted.

What didn't you like about the neck nailbomb in the bridge? Does anyone else have experience with the nb neck in the bridge?

Since it's wound for the neck position it won't be as high-output as any of the Contemporary bridge pickups - it'll be more like a Vintage Hot model.
Soundwise, I have no idea what it's like, but if it's bright in the neck position it'll certainly be brighter in the bridge position.

That might be cool it it's like a vintage hot model. I also generally like brighter pickups.
