Title: alnico warpig for a g & L legacy hb usa ?
Post by: chopeth on February 17, 2012, 09:23:50 AM
Hi ! I was looking for a good organic and poweful tone in my new guitar ( swamp ash boy and maple neck ) and I have ordered an alnico warpig bridge. I want a powerfull sound , clear, organic with good growl. Do you think this pick up fits well in this kind of guitar ? Thanks !

I have an alnico warpig in my Warmoth Tele, which is made is the exact same wood combo yours has. It absolutely RIPS :)

Pretty much all guitar tracks for my band's EP was recorded with it:

I'll admit I haven't tried that sound at all, but for what it's worth, the cleans (all three seconds of them :s ) during the song "Seputus" were recorded with the Tele too.
