Hi,

I've never posted any clips of me playing before on the grounds that I'm cr@p but thought I'd post a link to a clip of the band I'm in. The first 30 seconds follows the original song and after that I just improvise it. I'm playing the blue Jackson and for context I've only ever played a handful of live shows before. I know there are a few mistakes but overall I was quite pleased with it as just 12 months ago I couldn't improvise to save my life. Sorry about the vocals but our singer suddenly left just before this gig so the other guitarist had to stand in. We'd only played this song once in practice before this gig.

Thanks, that means a lot to me  :D

It's not a great quality recording sadly but to be honest, I was simply pleased that I'd been able to improvise a song that sounded at least half way decent! That and I felt like after so long on the forum I should actually post something but it is daunting here as there are a lot of fantastic players and I'm realistic enough to know I'm not one of them. Glad you liked it though and I am sure you'll like the pickup too. I can't imagine anyone not liking a Holydiver.
