I'm using A5 Warpigs in 2 of my SG's, and I love them.
I wanted to try a BKP P90, so I put a Stockholm Neck in one of them...another very cool PU!
Just for variety, I wanna do something different in the other SG. This guitar is a tad bit brighter than the first one.
I'll probably just get a Warpig Neck, but I thought I'd see if you guys came up with any interesting combinations.
Looking for leads that jump out...fat, full, clear under heavy gain...and will match the output of the Warpig Bridge.
I play heavy rock, stoner, doom, heavy blues, hardcore, and post-metal kinda stuff.
(Signal chain is Gibson SG+Bogner Shiva+Orange 412)
Thanks!

When I asked about an alternative neck pickup for the Cold Sweat bridge with a similar description of what I wanted I got the Painkiller neck recommended. Didn't try it though because I had the Abraxas neck which I then used.
Cheers Stephan

Thanks!
I guess the main options I'm considering are the Warpig Neck of course, but also the Miracle Man Neck or Aftermath Neck. Can anyone chime in and describe those 3 neck options in a Gibson SG? Thanks!

miracle man neck is pretty close to the warpig neck, but a bit less compressed

That is good to know. Thanks Eric!

I don't if this helps or is even possible, but maybe ask Tim to do a Pig90 in a humbucker sized P90. I may try that down the road.

a normal HB sized P90 should keep up

Thanks guys. I'm happy with the Stockholm Neck that I have. I want to get a neck humbucker in my other SG, just for variety.
(As for the PIG90...I do plan on getting a Bridge Hum-sized version for one of my Les Pauls)
