Title: 7 String Ironbird project/conversion

Been wanting a 7 string Ironbird for a long time, but due to my inability to ever hold onto a seven stringer it wasn't exactly cost effective to order a handmade at 5 grand a pop now these days. So I opted to make my own. I tracked down both an N7 Warlock and a body art ironbird cheap and went to work converting the ironbird body to accept the 7 string neck, pickup and 7string kahler. Also had to address that hideous graphic. So I ended up with this. After a good fret level and crown, it now plays like smearing butter in keira knightly. And of course it sounds insane with the Cermaic Warpig with black cover!

thanks bro, i must admit though, the paint is just rattle can, so is the binding, sure beats the lame ass graphic though. I may have it properly painted someday though

I have an RG7 that I painted in the same way, more or less. Really uneven, lots of runny paint and drips and what not.. I think it looks cool as hell!

i can take or leave the actual guitar, but i do admire your attitude in performing all the work. you're rightly pleased :)
