Title: Tonepros Locking studs
Post by: Jedadiah on April 03, 2012, 11:17:35 AM
Morning chaps,

just a quick query, with regards to Tonepros locking studs, i know they come in both metric and imperial threads and know the Gibsons use 5/16" Imperial (US) threads but wondered about the PRS US models. I'm pretty sure the 'SE' versions use metric threaded studs, do the US versions use Metric as well or are they Imperial like the Gibsons?

I'm thinking about fitting an AVT-II bridge to my McCarty Soapbar (DC245?) and have used the locking studs on my LP DC before. Just wondered if anyone knew before i start ripping my PRS down. Cheers for your help.
