I removed my old pickguard to send it for rewinding and rewiring. I removed all pickups to clean them a bit, and that's what I saw:

...and I can not find any info on single coils with bar magnet on the bottom, so would somebody kindly tell me what is that?

It's quite common on budget guitars - instead of six individual rod magnets like a Strat or Tele pickup, they use steel polepieces and a bar magnet at the bottom.
What's the guitar? It might give us a clue about the pickup.

It's old "The Animal" - made in Korea strat with surprisingly good neck, and I found PU's sound useful, so suggested it might be something authentic. Ah, I'd better take actual strat single coils in this case. Thanks for reply.)

I have found this too. However i have an entwistle single coil that has a neo bar magnet and screw pole pieces that are adjustable and its quite a nice pickup. But again budget

Oh yeah, they're not necessarily bad - Entwistle had a good reputation when he was making pickups for Hohner back in the '90s. And DiMarzio used to make a high output single-coil called an SDS-1 with bar magnets and adjustable polepieces.
And I remember reading an interview with a blues guitarist (either Ronnie Earl or Duke Robillard, can't remember which) who said he really likes those budget Strat pickups.
