I finally got myself a tele as I just snagged this off ebay. It's a partscaster and I have no idea which parts have been used, but I intended to find out. Hopefully the seller can enlighten me. As the pictures show it's a heavy relic posing as a Fender which it isn't. I haven't got much knowledge about relics, but I think the guy who made did a really good job. I have seen a few lower end relics that in no way could match this one.

It's too early to say anything about sound and playing qualities, but a setup is needed and from the little I've played it so far the tone isn't BKP quality.

Looks really nice. I like the colour, not typical Fender, but nice anyway. What parts is it made from?

If it plays as good as it looks then I think you're onto a winner there. Really like the colour too.

Here's some info on the guitar parts I got from the seller.
"Parts wise ,this guitar is a bit of a mixed bag as I continuously buy used telecaster and strat parts usually unbranded.
I therefore do not know the make of the body or neck.
The pickups are either Fender Mex or Squier.
Control plate, electrics, tuners, string tree, string ferrules and jack cup are all new and supplied by "axesarus"
Ashtray bridge is from a Squier classic vibe and saddles are wilkinson."

Ooh, I really like the look of this one, mate! My Mrs has put me on a proper Tele trip of late, heh. Something about worn turquoise / light blue guitars that really does it for me. I had the hots for that burnt turquoise Jem that Ibanez had out a few years back, so this kind of thing makes me GAS bad! :D

The colour is sonic blue, but the seller did something to bring out the green in it. It does look super cool :D
