Title: Alcino warpig playing old school/melodic death metal

Hey all, i just recorded some riffs today and I thought i'd share them with you guys.

I used an alcino warpig bridge mounted in my Carvin HF2 for all guitar tracks. Really versatile guitar and pickups. I play in a modern rock band as well and the tone is warm enough to cover those bases as well. The song is just some Angelcorpse inspired riffs i came up with today but i think it came out better than I expected hehe enjoy! :D

Sounds really good dude :) Have you got any clips of any other sounds the Warpig is capable of? I'm considering one for my SG.

haha thanks a lot dude! i recently recorded this song that will be used in my band as well and while the tone isn't dialed in any differently, the style of music being played lies in more of a modern rock territory.

lots of thick extended chords and palm muting to be had here, which IMO the warpig, with its warm organic tone, nails perfectly in this application.

Bumping with another track i'll be using for my band, not death metal, more like alternative rock with some slight 90s melodeath influence. Lemme know what you think!
