Title: Humbucker for my custom 7 string 27´´ scale

So after finding the right humbucker settinh for my 6 string baritone, i am looking for a right humbucker for my 7 string baritone. Maple neck, bolt on mahagony body and 27´´!  I have the emg 707x at the moment, that is nice, but i am more into passiv pickups.
So would the Black Dog be a fine match for this guitar or another contemporary example?
Suggestions are welcome! ;)

Well i am playing  more really groovy deathmetal. looking for a more punchy, non steril, more organic sound ;)
Tuning is Drop Ab.
