Well not today as I got it on Friday but heres the spec.
I was originally going to get something from Jonathan but with the current cuts at work and practically losing half my bonus a month I had to opt for the cheaper option
- 18mm at first fret
- 20mm at twelfth fret
- 16" Radius
- One Piece Flame Maple (I chose the subtlest one available as I thought anything OTT would take away from the guitar as a whole
- Walnut Strip and walnut plug at headstock for adjustment of dual acting truss rod
- Dunlop 6100 Stainless steel frets
- Rolled fingerboard edges
Also the chrome locking nut will be changed out once I get the Kahler and once I decide upon tuners ill actually drill and screw them in if necessary.
Now all I need to do is decide on what pickups will live in here permanently and make sure they are green/black zebra to keep with the colour scheme.
The flame didn't show up too well in the photos but its not quite as subtle as it looks. I'll get some natural light pics tomorrow hopefully.

Looks nice! :D
But where's it from?
(18mm at the first fret and 20mm at the 12th? That is one skinny neck! :o )
-
Thanks Philly.
It's from an American company called Musikraft (sounds german to me :S)
And yeah its pretty skinny it's similar to the Ibanez prestige neck.
Oh I forgot its a thin D profile too
-
looks very good in fact 8) what about putting a logo, or a splodge, or a "thing" of some kind on the headstock?

I've considered putting something on but I have no idea what.
-
Oh yes, I've heard of Musikraft. I've seen some nice stuff of theirs on eBay, in some very exotic timbers.
I know what you mean about the headstock logo, I've spent ages tried to think of suitable names/words/images to use but it's nearly impossible!
-
It's really hard to think of something that's not too cheesy or tacky and well original.
-
I spent ages on eBay looking for badges, decals and things with unusual logos which might take my fancy.
I found loads of awesome Eastern European pin badges from the '50s/'60s but most of them were designed to be worn in lapels of jackets, they're just too small for guitar headstocks.
Stuff like this:

Some of those are really cool.
I was thinking of designing something and making a decal but it's just the ideas that i'm lacking really

There's some belting inspiration here: http://chromeography.com/ (http://chromeography.com/).

I was thinking, get a old tooth brush, dip it in black paint, and flick it at close range where the logo should go.
Or do what graffiti artists do, and make a paint drip:

That is a great site! I'm not interested in cars at all really, but I love the style of cars from the mid-20th century. Those Zephyr and Zodiac logos would be great on a guitar headstock, if you could get them printed in the right size somehow.
-
very nice :)
-
Nice neck! I like the Suhr-shaped headstock.

Kramer beak! I have to go and look at Suhr headstocks now.
-
Thanks for all the ideas guys and I agree some of the fonts used for those car logos are amazing. I'll see if I can dig any of them up.
-
I think i'm going to think on the logo a while.
But my priority currently is whether or not I should stick some blackhawks in here,
The nailbomb works quite well but is ugly as sin (I got it cheap) and I feel like it could be so much better with something a little more interesting sounding as to me the Nailbomb is very nu metal like which is the total opposite of what I play.
