wots the diff,any photos?

so there's a nickel and an aged nickel too?

I think you can see some vertical "brush lines" on the brushed nickel covers. The raw nickel covers are less shiny than the standard nickel ones and they age pretty fast compared to other covers. Go to the online BKP shop and choose a humbucker then you'll be able to see the different covers (you might have done this already).

The picture of the Abraxas on the BKP website is brushed nickel.

As regards raw nickel and how it ages, check out Eric Hellstyle's thread on his Greco Les Paul - there are nice pictures of that in it (search for "Cold Sweat neck as a bridge pickup").

I find the Abraxas picture very misleading as it looks like the brushed nickel is gold. If it was it'd be really cool. But unfortunately it's not.

I think the Abraxas picture is brushed nickel with gold screws, which is an option in the BKP shop.

Yeah it is, but if you look to the left of the pic, it has the illusion like it's brushed gold. Would be a cool finish though.
