Not sure where it comes from but I know of at least two tunes with the same name, so I presume it's from a moderately popular film/book?

There's a Slough Feg one, plus the Austrian Death Machine rascal (though I thought it was a Arnocorps one).

There's actually not a Slough Feg one, I think I managed to invent that in my head. Bugger knows how. So it's just you and the original, biff!
