All parts are usually quite good:
http://www.allparts.uk.com/acatalog/shop.html
and theres:
http://guitarworlduk.com/ too.

I've used Allparts before and they seem quite helpful and quick at delivering orders.

Try e bay, but more than likely you would have to get one over from USA.

http://www.warmoth.com/ definately have them

so do

http://www.guitarpartsresource.com/guitar_index.htm

or you could get a licenced one from guitar fetish store on e bay. They are fantastic quality and work out about £40 AFTER shipping. They are excellent quality - i have used about 3 of them.

Schaller versions of the Floyd Rose are held in high regard, and should be the same quality (if not better) as an original. I bought my original from Coda music a few years back.

http://www.privategeetar.com/INTRO.htm stock OFR's. I haven't dealt with them though, I have no idea if they're any good or not.

I recently ordered a chrome Gotoh trem (the one at £110) from www.wdmusicproducts.co.uk . I haven't fitted it yet (damn studs are too big!), but the first impressions look excellent. It appears to be basically an Ibanez Edge, but for the same size cavity as an OFR (the edge is bigger, and won't fit in an OFR-sized cavity). Locking studs, fine tuners out of the way of your picking hand, lower profile (but still original-style), adjustable arm height and torque. Neither the OFR or Schaller have any of these features (apart from arm torque). the locking nut is £20 extra, but that's still £10-£15 cheaper than an OFR, and about £30 less than the cheapest I could see a Schaller for. And to be honest, going by the features (assuming it doesn't suck in use, lol), I'd prefer the Gotoh one.

Of course, since I haven't tried it, it might suck, but I've heard from reliable sources that it's awesome.

EDIT: the gotoh one also has rounded saddles to make palm muting a lot comfier- i don't think the edge has that.
