Title: 59 Slab boards doing SRV impression

These are great strat pickups. I raised the height on them a bit and reckon this sounds fairly close to srv sound (nb its at bedroom levels thro a tubesreamer).

Oh yes. One can have too much of de brootalz (any amount of brootalz is too much for me  :D  )

That sound just as it should, really nice. Great playing as well.


I'm also curious about what amp you used.

Just what Dvorak said - even if a bit too much on the jazzy side to really sound like SRV (nitpick warning...) <g>
