Title: Price to sell Ibanez Gio with Bare Knuckles installed?..
Post by: TwinCalliber on April 12, 2013, 11:12:45 AM
Hey all,

I have an Ibanez GIO with HSH pickup configuration, with cold sweat in the bridge, trinity suite in the middle and miracle man in the neck. It has a Ibanez Edge 3 tremolo on it, basically this one but in red http://www.andertons.co.uk/solid-body-electric-guitars/pid20440/cid671/ibanez-grg150dxb-electric-guitar-in-black-flat-finish.asp. (http://www.andertons.co.uk/solid-body-electric-guitars/pid20440/cid671/ibanez-grg150dxb-electric-guitar-in-black-flat-finish.asp.) I bought it last summer for about £270 and the pickups cost about £300 i guess, what would be a reasonable resell value? I cant really get on with the floating tremolo :/

Cheers!
Leo

Why not have the tremolo set to hardtail and the guitar set-up  rather than lose money on the whole thing - unless you dislike other things about the axe
But swap out the P-ups  back to original and sell the two parts separately to get a better yield on your sales.
