Depending on the flavour you want there are choices imho, since clarity is one of the BKP trademarks. For example the Warpig, Aftermath and Painkiller would all do a great job I think, but depeding on what you want you canīt discount the Blackhawk, Miracle Man and Nailbomb either.

My Holy Diver has some of the best clarity I've heard from a humbucker but I feel like more brightness would help with ringed out chords, this makes me think Rebel Yell but I don't know how it would perform for extreme tones (this isn't very descriptive, i'm talking about extreme styles from the rawest black metal to the most extreme grindcore.

Though voicing whise the Painkiller would probably be on top of the AM as I think it fits better in the range from black metal to grindcore.
Mhhhh maybe a Pig90 is even better...I wonder....

My band, we are somewhat extreme, I have a ceramic warpig in my guitar which the songs are recorded with. Chord clarity is good.

I understand chord clarity to mean a property or combination of properties within a tone that allows you to distinguish each note within a chord.
If we disagree there, dont read the next thing.
There is no chord clarity in that whatsoever.

I felt that I thought a bit more brightness would help the Holy Diver, and the rebel yell was exactly what I wanted.
I am not too schooled on grindcore, but to be blunt, I am fairly sure it could handle the job. It handles hardcore and thrash very well. (Sorry, but that's what I play more.) I am pretty sure it would do death and black metal fairly well.
The aftermath might do it, but the aftermath is an interesting beast to play. Clarity it has, but it is a very hard to describe pickup to play, and rather unlike most others I have played, exceptionally dry and focused.

That was more of a demo of the extreme metal part than the chord clarity part. I still think the cpig is a very clear pickup when you use it the correct way, with low gain on a high wattage amp and let the pickup do the heavy lifting instead of the preamp gain.
