hi, i would like some help with a wiring diagam and i was hoping someone could make one for me.
i have an ibanez rg721 with two humbuckers and a 5 way switch. its currently wired for these sounds:
1: bridge
2: bridge and neck split
3: bridge and neck humbucking
4: Neck Parallel
5: Neck Series
since i (might have) mistakenly ordered a 2 conductor braided aftermath for my guitar i figured i would want it to have these options:
1: bridge humbucking
2: bridge humbucking and neck split
3: bridge and neck humbucking
4: neck parallel
5: neck series
greatly appreciated if you could reply within the day. thanks!

if you have ordered recently i would get in touch with BKP with your order number and get it changed to 4 conductor before it ships out.
There is a wiring diagram for the original arrangement on the main website in the support section

too late. its already here and im from the philippines. i do not want to wait another 1 and a half months

I would try wiring it like the existing diagram, but ignore the green and white wires from the bridge pickup (because you don't have them!)
I don't understand the workings of those Ibanez switches, but positions 4 and 5 are definitely going to work; I think positions 1 and 3 will work; I don't know what will happen in position 2 - either you'll get bridge humbucker plus neck split like you want, or maybe the bridge pickup will be grounded out and you'll just get the split neck pickup.

im reading about which wires are hot and arent right now and man, ibanez wiring is confusing as hell. but i really want to make use of all 5 positions on the guitar. really aiming for that position two humbucker-single sound.

nevermind. decided to re-wire everything with a 3 way switch
