the guitar will be a Vik Black Lotus 7 string with a Honduran Mahogany body and Ash Top (may opt for a maple cap unsure yet)
Have decided on an Aftermath pickup for the bridge but just wanted suggestions for the neck pickup. What I am looking for in a neck pickup is clarity and definition, mainly due to the fact that 7 strings can get muddy pretty quickly (yes I know this is a generalized term, but I would rather be proactive in avoiding that fate).
Thanks for your time and input

Not sure what music you're playing or why you decided on the Aftermath bridge so I'm unsure where to go with this. If you're simply looking for a neck pickup that will work well with the Aftermath bridge, why don't you just get the calibrated set?

Yeah, canīt say too much without knowing of styles, but the AM neck is a beautiful modern lead PU. Can do clean ambient stuff and the likes nicely and is fluid and articulate so you can shred nicely with it.

I will also suggest the PK neck, i think its a fantastic neck pup with great clarity and presence. Matches really nicely with the AM bridge in my guitar.
