Hello folks!
I'm selling off a few of my guitars to hopefully put towards a custom sometime soon, so I'm going to swap all the electronics around until they're stock again. This will leave me with a Nailbomb bridge and Cold Sweat neck spare. The guitar I'm going to keep (my Ibanez SZ) has a Miracle Man set in it. One set will probably have to go. So I'm thinking of swapping them around to see which I like best.
Just before I do: anyone have an idea of what I can expect soundwise from the swap? The guitar is a mahogany body with a fairly thick maple top and a maple/wenge (I think...might be mahogany or walnut) neck-through-body.

Neck: less output and bass, more highs
Bridge: probably more mids and more aggression in the highs but I hope that others will chime in on that.
No harm in trying though. The worst that can happen is that you liked the previous set up better, then it's a simple reverse swap. Maybe you like a mix of sets best.
Cheers Stephan

True: I can always go back if I don't like it. Just wanted an idea of what I was in for before I got started, since someone must have a similar setup to that.
Gonnna give it a go just now, once I finnish my lunch.
