Title: GAS for Gibson ES-330
Post by: JJretroTONEGOD on July 11, 2013, 05:52:55 PM
I've got lust for a Gibson ES-330, imagine this with some BKPs loaded...ahh the mind wonders.

I can't afford it but would love one of them:

check this hilaroius video out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBQ3h5ix8PU (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBQ3h5ix8PU)

what do you think? anyone own one and are they worth the price?

regards,

Ben.

Well Greg likes it- at least that is the impression I get. I have a friend who has one and he loves it (he has had his for many a year). My Friend also has an Epi Casino (an old one). Superb guitars.

Oh I like that a lot. It sounds fantastic and is very easy on the eye too. Plus I also love a good Greg Koch video. Thanks for posting that.

P-90s sound so lovely clean!  :D

I know that guitar would be way too big for me, even though it looks quite small in the video... I have been thinking about getting a set of MQs (or Manhattans?) for one of my smaller-bodied semis.

(Edit:  Now I've watched the whole clip, I've got that "do I want to go away and practice, or do I want to just chuck it all in?" feeling.  Great playing, great tones.)

Sounds briliant and looks lovely. Holy wallet, I have to get myself a p90-loaded guitar (again).
