Yeah this is a pretty appauling clip - completely off the top of my head tune (quite like it tho) recorded in 1 take with a PC mic, But i feel i need to contribute SOMETHING to this forum. I'll do something more substantial and uhhh....good wen i find time and effort.
Yeah i know the playing is VERY sloppy and it gets muddy towards the end - trust me thats the Mesa preamp, and the hotplate bass boost, and the shite mic, not the fantasmic pup.

Haha - i've actually NEVER listened to U2, like ever (other than seeing them on TV). I've been told that cr@p i'm playing sounds like the edge before though

So is this your Marshalls overdrive or the work of the Mesa? It doesnt sound very Marshally to my ears.. I think it sounds more like Blink 182 than U2  :lol:

Hails Man, ahaha hOf Course, not my "CUP OF TEA" but i can see the Tridimensional effect of the Scatterwound techinique .. and the organic mids and tone of the Nailbomb.

Don't remember to be perfectly honest but it definately sounds like the mesa to me :P
Yeah it was intended to be a bit blink - It's named Pat after my friend who's into lots of trashy pop&emo punk; mehhhhhh.
