I set my eye on the TC Electronic Spark Boost. Looks like an affordable, compact and versatile boost. Anyone of you have the Spark Boost and what are your experiences.

I have the Spark booster.
It's very versatile, and it sounds quite different depending on the mode you have set it on.
It's difficult to say what I like about it, but even in mid boost mode it's more transparent than a Tubescreamer.
I like that it works with several of my amps, where many boost pedals work well with one or the other amp. It's also cool to be able to change the mode playing with different types of guitars.
Anyway, I can highly recommend it. If it broke I would buy a new one straight away.

Cheers! I'm looking exactly for transparency as I mainly play an amp (The Valve 2/50) with a middy/fat character.

Also, please note that I have the original big one. I just remembered that they launched a smaller one with fewer options. Probably a really good pedal too, but you loose a lot of versatility with the small pedal.

I know what you mean. I'm not talking about the mini, I want the big fourknob-version. I think it's a good tool to tailor strat- and tele-tones.

Got one today (for 99 euro). It's a very nice pedal with a lot of sounds. A poor man's (!) RC Booster.
