and I was playing a rather lovely Hamer Artist - the korina one with p90s and an f hole. And I very nearly walked out with it. Even the wife was egging me on to buy it and offered to help (she likes the 'natural wood ones'). But I didn't bother because of the same thing that's stopped me buying a new guitar for 3+years... I'll pick it up and think 'is there really any point you're just going to reach for the Daemoness everytime aren't you?'. It's an actual problem haha anyone else just stuck on one guitar?? I fancy an SG, though but wouldn't know what brand to go with as I couldn't play it first.
Just thinking out aloud. Now off to watch S.H.I.E.L.D :-)
p.s Patrick Eggle is making electrics again???

No.
So where was it you found this Hamer....?

There are four left in my local. All minty and new. A red Monaco? with 3xp90s, bigsby and gold hardware and f holes. A flametop lespaul thing, the korina artist and some red 335 thing.

Stop, I'm drooling all over! Hamer, three p90's, yumyum...

I wouldn't be seen with one of the big red jazzy bigsby things myself. Maybe in thirty years ;-p

I don't stick to just one guitar but I do tend to play my CE22 more than the others. It's just so good

I'm not stuck on one, but I have four that get played more than anything else - two home favourites and my two gigging guitars. The other 3 just don't get touched...

I try to distribute my time somewhat even with my electrics. Two of the needs some sorting out so they don't get much playtime, but they will once I get around to fixing them.

Im the same I really like other guitars but my main one will always be my ESP LTD m1000 I guess ive just bonded with it and 'broken it in'.
Eddie Van Halen says he doesnt like new guitars they have to have been played for at least a few years before he likes em maybe theres some thing in it.

I guess we all have a guitar to that you return always after a short loveaffair with another beauty. I find it inspiring though to pick up another guitar though. I gave my slighly neglected telecaster a little attention lately and I experience I start to play different (things) than on my strats.
