Hey everyone,
I have a Schecter, mahogany body and neck. I already have some Eric Johnson voiced pickups, a set of holy diver pickups and now, for my third guitar, I'm looking for something different...
Would a Juggernaut on the bridge and Nailbomb on the neck work well together?
My other 3 options:
A set of black-hawks
A set of Juggernauts
A set of Nailbombs
Does any of you have any samples?
Some stuff to consider:
This guitar will be used in Eb Standard (6 strings)
I'm not sure what I'm looking for but I want something that can have a huge yet defined lead tone. The Holy Diver has that Doug Aldrich/WhiteSnake vibe so something more different...
Any thoughts?
Thanks

theoretically if Juggernaut neck is as good as it`s presented on 'Heavy Lead Demo' in that case I would definitely go for Jugg calibrated set.
Ill be going that way myself sorting out my old Ibanez copy in near future. Guitar is staying idle for years and Juggs will be a right choice I suppose.

huge yet defined lead tone sounds like a miracle man set
still gotta try the jugs, though

apparently MM set might sound quite dark (especially neck version) in all mahogany guitars.
miguelbatalha, what type of guitar are you planning to put them in?

Hey Lucas,
Probably this:

I was thinking today that a cherry Hellraiser with a set of red bobbin open Rebel Yells might be cool.
Not sure about the red bobbins though!

There's never anything wrong with having a nice set of juggs to play with :D

hahaha  good one!
All jokes aside, I would go for Juggs anyway.
Agent Orange, those red open coils are pure killer though!
That`s what I was planning to do with my old Ibanez copy. Red open coil Juggs and white Trilogy Suite in the middle.
