I'm picking up a newer Kramer Pacer in the next couple of days, and I'm looking to swap out the bridge pickup for some better hair metal tones. I'm looking for something to cover Jake E Lee, George Lynch, Warren DeMartini, and Mick Mars type tones. I'm new to BKP so I'm not sure where to start. The guitar is mahogany body, maple neck/fretboard. I was thinking Miracle Man or Holy Diver would be my best bet based on what I've read. Can anyone help me out?

This is covering a lot of ground!
Warren De Martini & Mick Mars = Rebel Yell
George Lynch = Miracle Man (maybe Cold Sweat in a pinch)
Jake E Lee = Holy Diver
The Cold Sweat may indeed be the middle ground here. You might need to tweak EQ a bit to get closer to the various sounds. I'm pretty sure the CS could cover a lot of the ground of the MM and HD, not so sure about the Rebel Yell although the CS and RY neck pickups are similar the bridge is quite different.
RY will also give you Randy Rhoads. It's perfect for any kind of sleazy, glammy rock stuff
CS can cover most metal, from Judas Priest to '80s thrash
MM covers a lot of metal from '85-86 onwards and the EMG stuff
HD will give you Dio and other metal of that genre
You should also consider the VHII

+1 to these suggestions.
MM is my go to pickup for Lynch,as it has a good tone for Under lock and key and Back for the attack eras, however Cold Sweat will work really well in a mahogany body and cover a bit more ground and is probably my most used pickup.

Thanks for the replies, looks like I'll be giving the CS a try!

I'd go Holydiver for this. I loved the Cold Sweat but the Holydiver is simply more versatile in my opinion.

to consider the things they were using back then, it'd be something like the equivalent of a JB or a Distortion or a double-screw JB. that kinda makes me wonder about the Nailbomb or maybe Aftermath.
