They've got a name - and I want me a pair. I mean set...
I'd be even happy to buy someone out there who's a model maker their very own BKP of their choice if they could make me a set starting from genuine aged white covers.......
Please let me know.

They look aged cream to me. Just specify that when ordering.
-
Thanks. But bake light is the term I as looking for.
You won't get them sent our like that - even requesting aged.
-
How do they differ? Can you be more specific? Just trying to understand.

Check out the above link. $300 for genuine Bakelite covers from the 50's.
And these aren't aged. Brand new.
Bakelite is the term used - rounded edges etc. Not sure of the history.
The only negative thing I can say for BKP and the gang is I ordered aged pickups in aged white. And whilst the poles look great - especially staggered, the covers just had a few scratches and marks on them - absolute rubbish.
But do a search of Bakelite covers - the ones on the BKP site I was referring to are absolutely fantastic. They look like bone, not aged plastic..

Oh, I see the difference now, thanks. Wasn't aware of them.
Can't be of much help though, sorry.

You mean these ones?
