So. I'd like a p90 in the neck position of a baja, but there's no room in the body.
Does bkp offer a tele neck pup that passes for p90?

Nope. Also and FWIW a good part of the tone of the P90 comes from it's bobin's shape and size, so if you really want a P90 tone your best bet is to have your guitar re-routed for it.

I would agree with this. I had to get a Tele re-routed to put a Mississippi Queen in it after experiments with other regular sized Tele neck pickups failed to produce the desired result. It's a reasonably serious mod but you can hide a lot under a pick-guard if you decide to go back to normal Tele neck pick-ups in future.

Lollar j-street / special t are very p90 like, so it seems it is possible

I haven't tried the Lollar J-Street or Special T pickups, but they say the bridge models "lean towards the P90 and humbucker world" - they don't make the same claims for the Special T neck model.
There's more scope to make a Tele bridge pickup "P-90-like" because it has a fairly large, wide bobbin. The metal baseplate can probably help too. The options for a Tele neck pickup are more limited simply because it's a much smaller pickup.

Also - a P90 neck looks super cool.
