Interesting to see if the experts can nail which BKP is used here. :cheesy:
It's only a 36 second clip though

Deffo a vintage character, not the metal kind

Well, I've only heard so many BKPs in person, and out of the ones I've heard and from what I know regarding how Warpigs and Nailbombs sound in Explorers I'm guessing this is an Emerald. Could well be wrong though

It's this like a spot-the-ball competition?.. What's the prize??
I'm on a plane, so can't listen.

Ooh Eric, you kinda cheated there.
I was thinking the Riff Raff myself. I need a set of thos bad boys some day for a mahogany guitar.

I'd be interested to know.... I've got Riff Raffs in mine, but I want to put those back in an SG where they came from... and I'm getting tempted by Emeralds for the Explorer
-
I'd like to know more about the guitar, it looks great and I see it has an Earvana nut, which is unusual....
A bit remiss of the chap to post that clip without more background information.

Yeh, i hope it is BKP and not a mistake. But anyway, might message the guy in youtube later to find out what BKP he is using there.

Sounds indeed like an RR or Emerald.

Sounds indeed like an RR or Emerald.
So, what is the difference between the two?

Emerald (bridge)
seems a little hotter and treblier
