It's such a sad and ultimately final chapter in such an amazing musical life story.  :sad:

that is sad, not sure what to write.. loved his sound and playing. this can happen to anyone after a certain age, i hope he is able to somehow know happiness still.

I found this out recently too and I feel for his bandmates, family and friends.  One of my top three guitar heros (along with Angus and SRV) he's an absolute legend in rock n' roll.
