Title: Mellow INSTRUMENTAL TRACK I did a while back

While cleaning out a folder on my PC, I came across this jam I did about a year ago to a backing track I downloaded.

All the guitars are a Breed-loaded JEM 7D through a Korg PXR-4.

It's basically one take with some doubling/harmonies.

Since most of the stuff I post is a bit more aggressive, I thought this would be an interesting contrast.

Cool leads!  The first part sounded quite unique, but I really liked it at 1:45 and after.   Has that guitar(7 string?) been upgraded to BKPs yet?

yer nice clip dude.

especially at 2:15... what the hell is happening there?!?!?!?!?! really cool lol...

and then the two-guitar tapping or maybe not tapping.. whatever it is... is awesome too

No, I sold that guitar and used the money for a Gajic neck and BKPs for my Wayne Rock legend. :)

@ 2:15, it's 4 string sweeps with LOTS of whammy bar action!

ahhh yeah sweeps... at first i thought it was just bending/whammy-ing but then on second listen i realised there were several notes in there really quickly..

LOL ... now I'm torn in 3 ways, thanx to you:

LP w/ 2x P90s (or a HB/MQ set)
Tele for Zep I
Explorer type guitar with Warpig/MQ combo




... and don't forget the LP with a Black Dog set!

that's pretty sweet- you can really hear the lo-pro, lol- and the vai influence (even if it's just the tone from the guitar!)!
