Hi I have just measured my danelectro lipstick pickups, it measures one as 3.5kOHM's and the other 3.6kOHM's, but which one is the bridge and which one neck pickup? or are they supposed to be exactly the same output? I ask because I'm selling them on ebay and a potential buyer wants to know how to wire it in his guitar.

Typically the higher resistance pickup is in the bridge, and the lower in the neck. The reason for this is because the neck position will read wider string vibration, thus being a louder signal. The bridge position sees far less string vibration and there for is quieter, requiring a hotter pickup to balance in volume.
